Wiggle And Giggle Teachers – (Giggle And Sing Licensees)
All of our teachers have had to go through a lengthy interview process before being accepted as a Wiggle And Giggle Teacher / Licensee. Once accepted, full training is given and constant guidance and mentoring is available on a daily basis. The Wiggle And Giggle program is structured, however our teachers have the ability and experience to change and adapt classes immediately depending on the abilities of children within a class.
Our recruitment process involves candidates performing in front of some of our longest standing clients, who then give feedback on whether they feel they would be perfect for our team. Teachers are rated on their ability to connect and engage with the children, their singing ability and their song choices.
Originally we wanted all staff to be musically trained with an education background. What we discovered was that just because someone has formal qualifications, it doesn’t mean they will be the perfect teacher. Our clients opinions are so important to us that by involving them in the recruitment process, we discovered that engagement with the children, followed by their singing ability was the most important considerations.
All teachers have different teaching styles and personalities, however they all have the same gift of engaging children and the ability to make music making fun and interactive.
