Wiggle And Giggle Teachers
All of our teachers have had to go through a lengthy interview process before being accepted as a Wiggle And Giggle Teacher. Once accepted, full training is given and constant guidance and mentoring is available on a daily basis. The Wiggle And Giggle program is structured, however our teachers have the ability and experience to change and adapt classes immediately depending on the abilities of children within a class.
Our recruitment process involves candidates performing in front of some of our longest standing clients, who then give feedback on whether they feel they would be perfect for our team. Teachers are rated on their ability to connect and engage with the children, their singing ability and their song choices.
Originally we wanted all staff to be musically trained with an education background. What we discovered was that just because someone has formal qualifications, it doesn’t mean they will be the perfect teacher. Our clients opinions are so important to us that by involving them in the recruitment process, we discovered that engagement with the children, followed by their singing ability was the most important considerations.
All teachers have different teaching styles and personalities, however they all have the same gift of engaging children and the ability to make music making fun and interactive.

Position 1 – Tuesdays/Thursdays at Kidz HQ – Wyong and Wednesdays / Fridays at Toukley. This position is to start in Term 4, 2016
You must live within 30 minutes drive of these venues to be considered.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A WIGGLE AND GIGGLE MUSIC TEACHER?
* The ability to engage and inspire children
* Ability to build a strong rapport with parents and children
* Be reliable and honest
* Be able to sing “in tune”
* Able to have fun and be silly
* Be computer literate – update files online
* Experience working with children
* Working with children’s check. Can be applied for if successful.
* Be a musician – play an instrument
* Childcare qualifications
* Experience working with children in a group setting
This position is a part time / casual position. Maximum 2hrs a day. Would suit someone who is looking for some extra cash who is working because they want to, not because they have to. Hours are generally between 9:30am and 12:00pm and do vary from term to term pending numbers in classes. Candidates who have childcare / teaching qualifications may also have the opportunity in the new year to work additional hours (around 5hrs per day). Parents hate change so we are looking for teachers that can commit to us long term.
We pay above way above the award rate and you will be paid for 2hrs even if you only work 1hr.
AREA MANAGERS WANTED - Opportunities are available throughout Australia.

Area Manager – This position is different to the one being offered on the Central Coast. The potential to grow a new area is on a % share basis and will be run like your own business without the hassle of handling bookings. Full support and mentoring will be provided throughout so you won’t be left alone.
